制造商称，该系统享有12年产品保修，使用内六角扳手、扭矩扳手和扳钳即可将其安装在阳台上。“与用于住宅太阳能项目的其他安装系统相比，PV-ezRack SolarBalcony可以直接安装到建筑物的阳台，所需空间极小，可以产生供日常使用的可持续能源。”Clenergy国际销售部门区域经理Vincent Chan说道。
制造商透露，该安装解决方案已通过韩国建设生活环境试验研究院（KCL）的严格抗风测试。该测试以每秒50米的风速在0到90度范围内的不同角度进行。
