阿尔及利亚能源过渡与可再生能源部长Chems Eddine Chitour本周宣布很快将启动一项1GW可再生能源产能的招标。
4月29日，阿尔及利亚政府在该国官方公报上发布一项法令，任命Chitour的部委管理和监督采购工作。
“招标将在6月到7月之间举行，”阿尔及利亚智库Club Energia主席Mouloud Bakli向 《光伏》杂志透露道。“招标将分为十批，每批100MW，项目计划允许使用国外融资。”
他也解释道，目前政府正在为所选项目制定一项可赢利的电力购买协议，并且在招标中包含了一些有关电缆，组件和安装结构的国内物资采购要求。“购电协议可能与美元挂钩，”Bakli说道。
在2022-2024年间，预计每年将启动一次同样规模的招标。 阿尔及利亚政府在2019年举行了离网混合太阳能柴油和光伏项目的招标 。两轮采购都属于该国在2030年前实现22GW洁净能源发电（包括13.6GW太阳能）计划的一部分。
根据国际可再生能源署，截止去年年底，阿尔及利亚太阳能发电容量为423MW。
