意大利能源机构 GSE 公布，第二轮 Fer X可再生能源激励计划 光伏拍卖结果，共分配 1.1GW装机容量。
此次拍卖首次应用欧盟《净零工业法案（NZIA）》中的产业韧性标准，对 1MW以上项目 明确禁止使用来自中国的组件、电池及逆变器。
最终平均中标电价为 €0.06637（$0.078）/kWh，较GSE设定上限价 €0.073/kWh 低27.7%，比首轮（未含NZIA标准）平均价高约 €0.01/kWh。
GSE共评审 273个项目（合计3.16GW），最终 88个项目中标。
其中仅两座电站规模超过100MW：
最大项目为 Alta Capital 3 Srl（伦敦Alta Capital基金旗下）在西西里 布特拉（Butera） 建设的 180MW项目，申请并获批 27.018%激励削减率（144MW部分适用）。
第二大项目由西班牙 Zelestra公司 子公司 Solaer Clean Energy Italy 18 Srl 开发，位于西西里 蒙雷阿莱（Monreale），容量 107.9MW，激励削减比例 31.581%（62MW部分）。
首轮Fer X拍卖共分配 7.7GW 光伏项目，平均电价 €0.05682/kWh，共收到 1387份项目申请，总规模 17.537GW。
