英利绿色能源公司已在纽约证券交易所退市，预计从7月2日起将开始在没有披露要求的OTC Pink(粉单场外市场)交易。
过去几年来，这一曾经的全球最大光伏组件制造商遭受了一些挫折，偿付和仲裁要求等坏消息不断升级。
最近的一次就是纽交所在6月28日通知英利，由于该公司不符合纽交所上市公司手册第802.01B条所规定的持续上市标准，将被从纽交所摘牌。该条规定要求上市公司在连续30个交易日内的全球平均市场资本不低于5,000万美元，股东权益不低于5,000万美元。英利表示不会对这一决定做出申诉。因此预计将于7月2日在OTC Pink上以YGEHY的代码开始交易。
尽管英利不认为这一转变会影响其美国存托股(ADS)持有者的合法权益，也不会影响其正常的业务运作，但它确实表示将停止分配常规性的季度收益。
OTC Pink是OTC市场集团提供和运营的三个交易市场中要求最低的一个，被称为“允许提供可变报告公司的开放市场”。
四月份，英利发布了难看的2017年财务报告。仅几周后，它的一家长期多晶硅供应商就提出8.9750亿美元的索赔。紧接着，又传出了被要求偿还2015和2016就到期的6570万元（约1060万美元）中期票据的消息。
