法国独立发电商（IPP）Neoen和瑞典太阳能开发商Alight今天上午表示，他们已开始在瑞典斯莫兰共同开发并拥有100 MW的胡尔茨弗雷德太阳能项目。
两家公司发布新闻稿称，Bouygues Energies & Services和Solkompaniet将主导这个北欧项目的设计、采购和施工（EPC）合同建设工作。项目将在胡尔茨弗雷德机场跑道周围安装低碳光伏板，并接入德国最大电力供应商意昂集团（E.ON）。E.ON Energidistribution的首席执行官指出，这对保障瑞典南部的电力供应非常重要。
开发商计划从2025年开始让项目投入运营，并通过长期购电协议向H&M集团出售95%的电力，支持该零售商达成可再生能源目标。电力供应的具体用途尚未确定。
去年，H&M曾收到挪威消费者管理局（Norwegian Consumer Authority）的通告，称其涉嫌在“价值链可持续性”方面发表了误导性“环境声明”。欧洲议会也在2022年的一份快速时尚报告中提到了该品牌和零售巨头Zara。 早在9月份，Alight透露不久后将在北欧地区开始建设另一个项目，即位于芬兰Eurajok的100 MW地面太阳能发电园区。
根据国际可再生能源机构（IRENA）公布的最新数据，截至去年年底，瑞典的太阳能发电装机容量达到了2606 MW。
