Qcells公司表示,其生产的钙钛矿/硅串联太阳能电池组件已经通过了太阳能电池可靠性的几项关键压力测试。
受测组件的顶部电池采用了该公司内部的钙钛矿技术,而底部电池则采用了该公司专有的Q.ANTUM硅技术。
这些组件通过了多项IEC-标准压力测试,包括15 kWh/m²的紫外线预处理、200个热循环、10个湿冻循环和1000小时的湿热。德国莱茵集团独立对测试结果进行了核实。
Qcells公司全球首席技术官Danielle Merfeld表示,这标志着串联组件首次通过此类压力测试。
Qcells公司德国串联研发部主管Fabian Fertig解释说:“受测的电池和组件是我们德国研发中试线生产的典型产品,并且是通过专门适用于大规模生产的工艺进行制造的。”
