波兰可再生能源研究所（Instytut Energetyki Odnawialnej，IEO）的最新报告显示，截至2025年第一季度末，波兰的太阳能发电量已达到21994 MW。
这一数字意味着，2025年第一季度新增太阳能装机637 MW，在去年年底已部署的21157 MW基础上实现了进一步增长。
由IEO发布的《2025年波兰光伏市场报告》指出，该国太阳能市场结构正在发生变化。
截至2025年第一季度末，规模不到50 kW的微型光伏装置占比从2024年底的64%降至60%，规模在50 kW至1000 kW之间的光伏装置同期占比从25%降至略低于22%。相比之下，今年前三个月，规模在1 MW以上的太阳能发电场占比从11%增加至20%。
该研究所董事会主席Grzegorz Wiśniewski在社交媒体上发文称，目前波兰正在开发3286个已获得并网条件的光伏项目，总装机容量达21887 MW。
在这些项目当中，1389个项目已签订并网协议，总装机容量为3537 MW；532个项目已获得有效建筑许可，总装机容量为950 MW。只有已获得建筑许可的项目才能参与本月波兰的可再生能源拍卖活动。
Wiśniewski补充说，波兰的光伏产业目前聚焦于大型项目，特别是装机容量超过50 MW的项目。
IEO的报告还揭示了波兰日益普遍的光伏限电现象。报告称，光伏限电机制“从临时应急措施转变为常规系统平衡工具”，并警示波兰正跻身“国家能源系统中光伏装机过剩构成实际运营挑战”的国家行列。
该研究所还指出，能源市场上光伏分时电价相对于平均电价及风电小时和月度电价均呈下降趋势。报告称，受此影响，新投资项目的推进速度正在放缓，进而可能威胁到波兰能源转型目标的实现。
IEO在报告中针对波兰太阳能产业提出了下列建议：推动太阳能开发与供暖行业融合，使供暖系统成为太阳能的灵活消费端；对所有能源消费者实施动态电价机制；同时投资建设配套风电和储能设施的太阳能混合项目。
