法国国家太阳能研究所(INES)——隶属于法国原子能与替代能源委员会(CEA)——近日与加拿大初创企业WattByWatt联合发布了一款双端口、9平方厘米面积的钙钛矿-硅叠层太阳能电池,其光电转换效率达到28%,标志着该技术路线在工业化进程中迈出坚实一步。
该高效叠层电池基于CEA既有的两端口电池结构,融合了WattByWatt自研的钙钛矿墨水配方以及其可在常温大气条件下进行的湿法沉积工艺,实现了对钙钛矿活性层的精准沉积与集成。
CEA在声明中指出:“这一成果为钙钛矿-硅叠层技术的规模化与产业化带来了新的前景,展示了高潜力工艺的应用可能。”
目前,CEA与WattByWatt正围绕叠层太阳能电池持续展开研发合作,重点在于推进高效、可复制的制造流程。
总部位于加拿大、成立于2020年的WattByWatt,早期专注于室内应用的单结钙钛矿微型光伏模块研发,应用场景涵盖烟雾探测器、门锁、摄像头与遥控器等物联网设备。其研发核心是开发适用于单结与叠层结构的钙钛矿吸收层沉积技术,并依托其专利墨水配方与湿法制程,致力于简化制造流程并降低环境要求。
值得注意的是,今年早些时候,CEA-INES与意大利能源公司Enel旗下的3Sun工厂也合作制造出了一款效率达30.8%的钙钛矿-硅叠层太阳能电池。这一成果发布仅在双方公布效率29.8%器件合作的四个月之后,体现出CEA在高效率叠层路线上的快速突破能力。
通过与WattByWatt的协同开发,CEA旨在推动将实验室级效率成果迁移至可工业化的工艺平台,为下一代太阳能技术的商业化奠定基础。
