瑞士可再生能源分析机构Pexapark近日发布的最新报告显示，今年9月，欧洲公开宣布的电力购买协议（PPA）共有17份，总计合同容量达630MW。其中，意大利和西班牙为最活跃市场，分别占据200MW和132MW。
9月容量最大的一份PPA来自奔驰（Mercedes-Benz），其在德国帕彭堡测试场开发的一座陆上风电项目中签署了一份140MW、为期25年的现场PPA。
与8月相比，9月市场有所回暖。Pexapark早前发布的简报显示，8月共有9份PPA签署，总容量为450MW。然而，与2024年9月签署的23份、总计1.03GW的协议相比，今年同期市场明显放缓。
Pexapark的最新分析指出，截至9月底，追踪到的PPA平均价格为47.80欧元/MWh（约合55.53美元/MWh），环比下降2%。
荷兰、法国、德国、意大利、波兰、葡萄牙和西班牙市场的PPA价格在9月均出现下滑。其中波兰降幅最大，达到17.9%。Pexapark表示，这反映出市场参与者对太阳能捕获收益的预期更加保守。
英国市场的PPA平均价格9月维持不变，而北欧市场是唯一录得1%上涨的地区。
此前，《光伏杂志》（pv magazine）报道称，德国太阳能PPA市场的签约量同比下降87%。
