土耳其能源与自然资源部发布数据显示，在最新一轮可再生能源区（YEKA）招标中，共收到来自38家企业的77份申请，涉及 8个光伏项目，其中包括该国首个漂浮式光伏电站。
本次招标最初计划总容量为 850MW，分布在9个项目中，后因一项项目取消，最终调整为 650MW、8个场址。起始上限电价维持在 €0.055（约$0.065）/kWh，基础电价为 €0.0325/kWh。
能源部数据显示，Bolu 50MW项目 收到6份申请；Van 40MW项目 收到8份；Erzurum-1 GES 100MW项目 有9份；Erzurum-3 GES 85MW项目 有5份。
其中最大项目 Eskişehir 260MW电站 收到4份申请。
申请最多的是 Kahramanmaraş 40MW项目，达19份，其次是 Mardin 40MW项目，收到15份申请。
此次竞标还包括土耳其首个漂浮式光伏项目——Demirköprü 35MW电站，该项目将与现有水电站共址，收到11份申请。这一项目得益于去年土耳其对《海岸法》的修订，允许在海洋、水坝水库及天然湖泊上建设可再生能源设施。
土耳其能源部长 Alparslan Bayraktar 表示，竞标中包括国际投资者的参与。各项目中标名单将于今年年底前公布。中标方可在合同签署后60个月内在自由市场售电，期满后，将按中标价签订 为期20年的购电协议（PPA）。
这已是今年第二轮YEKA招标。今年1月至2月的上一轮招标共分配 800MW光伏 与 1,200MW风电。当前轮招标还包括 1,150MW风电容量，其申请结果预计将于 12月2日 公布。
土耳其今年上半年新增光伏装机 3.1GW，使累计装机超过 23GW。截至9月，风光总装机已达 37GW，占全国能源装机容量约 31%。该国目标是在 2035年 前实现 120GW 的风光总装机容量。
