韩国七家逆变器制造商近日联合成立行业组织，旨在协调本土生产、强化技术防护，并应对进口设备引发的网络安全和电网稳定问题。
新成立的协会成员包括 OCI Power、Dass Tech、Ecos、Dongyang E&P、DIK、Geumbi Electronics 和 Inno Electric，首届会议于 11月18日 在忠清北道清州的 Osong会议中心举行。
协会表示，将建立国内逆变器统一应对机制，提出政策建议，并强化行业在进口产品（主要来自中国，占年销量80%以上）主导市场中的地位。
OCI Power 在声明中称，近期中国制造的逆变器与电池中发现未授权通信模块，引发外部访问、远程操控及防火墙绕过等隐忧。韩国企业希望借此强化电网安全并保护本土技术。
目前，韩国逆变器市场规模约 1万亿韩元（6.8亿美元），多数细分领域依赖外资硬件与ODM模式，国产厂商压力剧增。专家指出，随着逆变器逐渐成为联网设备，实时监控发电与电网状态，其能源安全风险正不断上升。
这一趋势与欧洲的监管担忧一致。欧洲监管机构和行业组织均警告，联网逆变器及云数据系统存在勒索攻击、远程关停及数据滥用风险。
韩国政府的 2050碳中和与绿色增长委员会 计划到 2030年部署100GW可再生能源，其中光伏占 80GW。目前装机仅 27GW，未来五年每年需新增超 10GW，这凸显了国产制造与供应链安全的紧迫性。
长期以来，韩国逆变器企业缺乏统一声音，过度依赖ODM进口。新协会表示，将推动强化本土制造、提升供应链韧性，以应对日益严峻的全球网络安全挑战。
欧洲近期多国亦发布警告。SolarPower Europe 在2025年春季报告中指出，联网逆变器和云端数据系统正成为勒索软件、远程操控及数据泄露的潜在入口。捷克国家网络安全局在9月警告称，中国逆变器占当地小型光伏电站硬件的 99%，存在数据暴露与固件操控风险，并呼吁欧盟加速建设本地制造能力以减少结构性依赖。
