总部位于迪拜、聚焦中东和北非地区的可再生能源企业 Amea Power 宣布，已完成融资并正式启动其位于埃及的大型光伏与储能一体化项目建设。
该公司最早于2024年9月披露该项目计划，此前已与埃及电力输电公司签署购电协议（PPA）。
该混合能源系统将整合1GW光伏发电容量和600MWh电池储能系统（BESS）。按计划，项目将于2026年6月实现商业运行，届时将成为非洲规模最大的单一场址可再生能源及储能设施。
Amea Power正与日本九州电力国际公司（Kyuden International Corporation）、国际金融公司（IFC）及其他合作伙伴共同推进该项目。
项目总投资将超过7亿美元，其中 Amea Power持股60%，日本九州电力国际公司持有40%股份。
Amea Power董事长 Hussain Al Nowais 表示：“作为非洲迄今规模最大的光伏加储能项目，该项目标志着埃及清洁能源进程中的关键一步，将在提升能源安全、促进本地就业以及夯实国家长期发展基础方面带来切实收益。”
该项目选址于埃及南部的阿斯旺省，与正在运行的本班（Benban）光伏园区位于同一地区。
Al Nowais强调，该项目在Amea Power整体增长战略中具有重要意义，并补充称，公司在项目融资完全敲定前便启动了建设。
他说：“鉴于该可再生能源项目对埃及能源系统的战略意义，我们在条件允许的第一时间就启动了施工，在项目融资完全落实之前即推进建设进程。”
该光伏及储能项目的融资方案包括一笔约5.7亿美元的高级债务融资，由IFC牵头，资金来源包括IFC自有资金以及来自意大利存贷款银行（CDP）、荷兰开发银行（FMO）、德国复兴信贷银行旗下DEG、英国国际投资公司（BII）、欧佩克国际开发基金和欧洲阿拉伯银行（EAB）等国际合作机构。
此外，项目还获得优惠混合融资支持，包括来自清洁技术基金（CTF）以及中东和北非私营部门发展计划的贷款，上述机制由荷兰政府支持，IFC担任执行机构。
IFC此前已与Amea Power建立合作关系，重点布局北非地区。双方曾合作推动阿斯旺500MW阿比多斯（Abydos）光伏电站于去年12月成功并网，并建设了埃及首个公用事业级储能项目，同时还参与了突尼斯首个大型私营融资光伏项目。2025年7月，Amea Power已在阿比多斯项目中完成300MWh储能系统建设。
该项目同时也是九州电力国际公司首次在埃及投资。该日本跨国企业从事输电服务并以独立发电商（IPP）身份运营，是九州电力集团的国际业务平台，其母公司九州电力株式会社为日本南部九州地区的居民和企业供电。
