总额达8.7075亿美元的长期绿色债券已发行，用于为位于阿联酋阿布扎比附近的Al Dhafra光伏电站进行再融资。
该债券由阿布扎比国家能源公司（TAQA）、阿联酋水电公司（EWEC）、阿布扎比未来能源公司（Masdar）、EDF Power Solutions以及锦浪电力（Jinko Power）组成的财团在2026年阿布扎比可持续发展周期间发行。
该2吉瓦项目位于距离阿布扎比约35公里处，其中TAQA持股40%，Masdar持股20%，EDF与Jinko Power合计持股40%。EWEC为该电站的唯一购电方。项目于2023年投运时，是当时全球最大的单体光伏电站，使用近400万块太阳能组件，为阿联酋约20万户家庭供电。
此次绿色债券的票面利率为5.794%，到期日为2053年6月，主要用于为电站现有债务再融资。EDF集团中东地区首席执行官吕克·科克兰（Luc Koechlin）表示，该融资将支持电站的持续运营和长期韧性，同时有助于强化电力系统。
此次发行由法国巴黎银行（BNP Paribas）和汇丰银行（HSBC）担任联合全球协调行，法国农业信贷银行（Crédit Agricole CIB）、三菱日联金融集团（MUFG）、渣打银行和三井住友银行（SMBC）作为联合牵头行与簿记行参与。
EWEC首席执行官艾哈迈德·阿里·阿尔沙姆西（Ahmed Ali Alshamsi）表示，这是EWEC继2022年为Noor Abu Dhabi项目发行绿色债券之后，推出的第二次光伏固定收益产品。
“将固定收益投资者引入阿布扎比电力行业，有助于获得具有竞争力的长期资本，并加强阿布扎比及阿联酋的投资者关系，同时也使金融资本得以重新部署，用于未来的光伏项目。”阿尔沙姆西表示。
TAQA发电业务首席执行官法里德·阿尔·阿瓦拉基（Farid Al Awlaqi）补充称：“在全面商业运营两年多后，我们很高兴Al Dhafra光伏电站的债券发行被认证为100%绿色资产，这证明了其当前的运营表现以及未来的预期性能。”
