美国与印度近日在贸易关系上达成一个战略性转折点。两国于2026年2月3日达成协议，将包括太阳能组件和储能部件在内的印度商品对等关税从25%下调至18%。
对开发商而言，减负来自于惩罚性关税的取消。美国同意撤销此前因印度与俄罗斯贸易而加征的25%惩罚性关税。
随着基础对等关税的下调，印度太阳能产品出口美国所承受的总体关税负担预计将从约50%降至18%。
白宫证实，该协议以印度承诺在五年内购买5000亿美元的美国能源和技术产品为前提，同时将能源进口来源从俄罗斯转向美国和委内瑞拉。
据JMK Research和Mercom Capital数据，2025年前九个月，印度向美国出口了10.4吉瓦（GW）的太阳能组件。去年印度太阳能组件出口总量中，约97%流向美国。
PL Capital报告称，印度在美国太阳能进口市场中的份额在2024年至2025年期间升至约11%，高于2022年的约3%。
供应链多元化
随着太阳能行业在更为收紧的贸易环境中前行，印度正成为与中国相关供应链的替代选择。包括Vikram Solar和Waaree Energies在内的制造商有望在公用事业级和工商业（C&I）领域获得更多市场份额。
Vikram Solar董事总经理Gyanesh Chaudhary表示，此次关税下调为产能规划提供了所需的“需求可见性”。
