Shoals Technologies Group表示，其已从美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）行政法法官处获得有利的初步裁定，推进了其针对Voltage, LLC的专利侵权案件。
2月6日，法官认定Voltage通过向美国进口LYNX主干母线产品违反了《1930年关税法》第337条。裁决称，这些产品侵犯了Shoals与其Big Lead Assembly（BLA）解决方案相关的知识产权。BLA是一套用于将太阳能组件连接至逆变器的产品组合，受到两项美国专利保护。
该决定是ITC调查程序中的初步步骤，委员会预计将在2026年6月作出最终裁定。
若委员会最终维持法官认定，可能发布排除令，禁止相关侵权Voltage产品进口。
Shoals在美国本土生产其BLA解决方案，公司表示该裁决强化了保护本土知识产权的重要性。
Shoals Technologies Group首席执行官Brandon Moss表示：“这一初步裁决是美国创新和本土能源供应链迈向胜利的重要一步。”
不过公司也清楚，初步认定并不总意味着委员会最终裁决会一致。Shoals指出，其针对此前ITC一项裁决的上诉仍在美国联邦巡回上诉法院审理中，该裁决曾推翻法官认定Voltage侵犯早期版本BLA专利的结论。
在最初侵权投诉过程中，Shoals获得了其组件的新专利，并表示这些专利将为“防止Voltage通过替代设计规避原专利”提供保护。
行业范围诉讼
Shoals案件反映出光伏行业知识产权纠纷激增，制造商在竞争激烈的市场中试图保护自身技术。
2026年1月，加拿大太阳能公司宣布在美国专利商标局取得胜利，该机构判定Maxeon Solar Technologies关于TOPCon太阳能电池技术的专利主张无效。Maxeon此前曾在美国得克萨斯州东区联邦法院对Canadian Solar提起专利侵权诉讼。
同样，First Solar近期成功抵御了包括晶科能源和Canadian Solar在内竞争对手对其TOPCon专利的挑战。在该案件中，美国专利局拒绝重新审查First Solar技术有效性的请求，使这家美国制造商得以继续在联邦法院推进侵权诉讼。
