印度最大民营企业信实工业（Reliance Industries）已与韩国三星物产公司（Samsung C&T Corp.）签署一项具有约束力的长期供应与采购协议（SPA），将自2029财年下半年起，在15年内供应绿色氨。
这项协议价值超过30亿美元，是全球规模最大的长期绿色氨承购协议之一。该协议支持建设面向出口的绿色燃料供应链，与印度“国家绿色氢能使命”方向一致。
信实工业正在打造一个一体化新能源平台，涵盖可再生能源发电、储能、绿色氢能以及下游燃料与化学品业务。
该平台包括太阳能组件、电池储能系统（BESS）和电解槽系统的内部制造能力。
该公司表示，将这些能力整合到一个系统之内，旨在提升面向全球市场的成本竞争力和规模化能力，同时支持本土制造产能建设。
与三星物产签署的协议，是该平台计划推进的一系列长期承购合作中的首个项目。
信实工业执行董事阿南特·安巴尼（Anant Ambani）表示，公司新能源战略旨在通过整合可再生能源资源、本土制造和技术开发，扩大绿色燃料和绿色化学品规模，而合作伙伴关系将支持其绿色氢能生态体系和超级工厂的扩张。
截至2025年3月31日的财年，信实工业录得合并营收1253亿美元、现金利润172亿美元、净利润95亿美元。
通过其新能源业务，该公司正在古吉拉特邦库奇（Kutch）开发一个大型太阳能与储能项目，以提供全天候可再生电力，用于绿色氢和绿色氨生产。
三星物产贸易与投资集团在全球40个国家设有70多个办事处。该公司活跃于工业材料贸易及可再生能源项目开发领域。
