法国能源监管委员会（CRE）公布了适用于100千瓦及以下光伏系统的新上网电价和余电补偿标准，执行期为2026年4月1日至7月1日。新标准确认，相关电价水平延续下行趋势。
其中，9千瓦至36千瓦系统的电价已降至0.805欧元/千瓦时，而36千瓦至100千瓦区间的项目在该时段内将获得0.70欧元/千瓦时的电价。9千瓦至100千瓦系统的余电补偿标准则降至0.473欧元/千瓦时，此前为0.536欧元/千瓦时。
这一余电补偿标准如今已接近9千瓦以下小型系统的水平。根据法国于2025年发布的一项修订法令，这一更小区间系统的余电补偿已被取消。
投资补贴方面，9千瓦以下系统为80欧元/千瓦，9千瓦至36千瓦系统为120欧元/千瓦，36千瓦至100千瓦系统则为60欧元/千瓦。
这些变化反映出法国居民及工商业光伏市场正在发生更广泛的转向，即更强调提升自发自用比例、配置储能以及扩大现场用能电气化，而不是依赖出售余电获得收益。
自2025年9月22日起，只有100千瓦以下系统仍可适用上网电价补贴机制。100千瓦至500千瓦项目现已改为通过简化招标程序分配，但新的申报轮次尚未公布。到目前为止，仅在2025年底进行过一轮招标，在申报容量192兆瓦中仅授出43.5兆瓦。
