根据EBRD数据，这5套系统合计将提供302兆瓦容量。其中，拉脱维亚、罗马尼亚和斯洛文尼亚各有1套，波兰有2套。EBRD表示，拉脱维亚和斯洛文尼亚的项目都将成为各自市场中规模最大的独立公用事业级BESS之一，而这些市场的大型储能目前仍处于欠发达状态。所有系统均将由特斯拉供货，并采用商用模式，直接向批发电力市场售电。
EBRD将这笔交易描述为中欧首批跨国商用储能投资组合之一。该投资还获得了InvestEU通过首损担保提供的去风险支持，以及欧盟咨询中心提供的技术协助。

近年来，EBRD持续活跃于中东欧储能市场。该机构近期曾向匈牙利独立发电商Renalfa提供7000万欧元贷款，用于建设一组450兆瓦光伏项目及配套250兆瓦/1吉瓦时BESS，并于2025年完成其在克罗地亚一个商用电池项目中的首笔股权投资。全球电网级BESS容量在过去4年中增长约12倍，而欧洲批发电力市场中的商用储能正成为增长最快的细分领域之一。
