法国能源部最近公布了在2016年12月启动的自我消费太阳能+储能及光伏项目招标活动中的中标项目清单。
该次招标面向在科西嘉及其他法属海外领地、容量介于100Kw-1.5M间的屋顶项目。最终有109个项目被选中，总容量达75MW。
第一类获选项目为容量在100-250kW间带储能的光伏设施。据悉法国政府已授予67个此类项目的FIT合同。这些项目可获得平均€113.6 ($134.3)/MWh的优惠FIT电价。能源部表示，相较于项目所在地区常见的超€200/MWh电价，这一FIT电价极具竞争力。同时强调，项目开发商的平均报价比2015年的同类招标低出40%。
第二类获选项目为容量在250Kw-1MW的自我消费项目。中选项目馈入电网的每兆瓦时电力可享受€34.19 ($40.42)/MWh的平均FIT电价。而这些项目的规划是超90%的产电用于自我消费。
能源部还补充说，所有这些选定的项目中，有50%已经通过众筹获得了融资，这些项目还将获得每兆瓦时3欧元的额外奖金。
