这家光伏开发商兼和云技术能源解决方案提供商的主要业务领域是分布式太阳能发电项目的建设。公司计划将筹资所得资金的25%用于开发太阳能业务，特别是住宅光伏领域的产品和服务。另65%用于扩大其智能能源业务，而剩余的10%将充实其营运资本。
该公司的董事会已经批准了1.457万份股票的增发计划。配售完成后，新发行的股票约占其已发行股份总额的15.85%。
去年十月，该公司已通过股票配售筹集了2.04亿港元，并将所得资金用于建造分布式发电光伏项目及扩展智慧能源云平台。
上周该公司公布了中期年报，今年上半年该公司录得利润4576万元人民币，同比增长8.5%。收入为2.861亿元，同比下滑4.6%。其核心的太阳能和智慧能源业务营收为1.781亿元，同比大幅增长。
