安永(EY)新出版的《欧洲太阳能光伏工作岗位与价值增加》(“Solar PV Jobs & Value Added in Europe”)报告证实，欧洲太阳能产业正在重回正轨。随着欧洲太阳能正确政策的实施，就业和财富创造将持续增长至2021年。
2016年欧洲光伏产业的全职员工数为8.1万，总产值增量(GVA)为4600M。而至2021年，这两项数据将分别增加至17.4万和9500M。支撑这些增长的是新装机容量的预期增加——欧洲各国均有在能源组合中增加可再生能源份额的战略。
报告显示，如果把欧洲可再生能源的目标从目前的27%提高至35%，那么太阳能行业还可以多创造出56%的工作岗位，使就业岗位总数超过35万个。在为年轻人提供就业前景的同时，确保他们拥有一个清洁、可持续的未来。
同时，如果取消最低进口价格(MIP)措施，可使欧洲光伏系统的平均价格下降，从而带来更多的需求量，进而在整个价值链中创造出更多的就业机会。
报告也清晰地指出，欧洲的太阳能需要一个产业总体性的竞争力战略，以支持就业机会的增加，确保欧洲成为可再生能源的全球领先者，并成为现有和下一代太阳能技术、制造业和服务业的创新中心。
