匈牙利石油及天然气供应商MOL集团宣布有意进军太阳能业务,表示初步将在该国三个主要工业基地的闲置地区建造总计容量为18.3兆瓦的三座光伏发电厂。
所有这些项目将在2018年底上线。所发电力将用于集团自身运营所需的部分能源。同时该集团也希望能借此契机获得太阳能技术领域的专项知识,并抓住光伏市场的未来发展机遇。
三个项目中,有一个将建在该公司位于Tiszaújváros的石化厂内,而其他两个则分别在其位于Százhalombatta的Danube炼油厂和在Füzesgyarmat的设施内。三座电站均将连接到集团在当地的内部中压配电网络。
MOL的最大股东是匈牙利政府,拥有该公司25.2%的股份。MOL Plc and Mol Investment Kft 为第二大股东,占股9.3%,之后是OmanOil Budapest,占股7.1%。
