俄勒冈州的总计100兆瓦两个项目中，Pacific Power将作为Facebook和开发商Invenergy间的中间人，而项目将主要为Facebook在该州东部普赖恩维尔(Prineville)的最新数据中心服务。Invenergy拒绝就这些项目向《光伏杂志》提供更多的信息，甚至于这些项目的地理位置，但其中一座电站的名字——Millican——或许能出一些线索。Millican是在荒凉的20号公路(野马数量超过了人口)上一个半被遗弃的城镇。100英里的公路间可能找不到一个加油站，但阳光充沛。
