9月10日，约旦公布了第三轮拍卖的最终入围者。此轮拍卖的容量为150兆瓦太阳能光伏和50兆瓦风能。
在当时发布的一份声明中，约旦能源和矿产资源(MEMR)部长Hala Zawati表示，需要两周的时间考量并正式公布最后的中标开发商名单。
但这一正式决定至今尚未公布。其延迟的原因可能是还未能决定如何分配中标项目的容量。
MEMR在其官网上公布的招标选择和分配标准有三个主要步骤：(一)开标50兆瓦规模的项目，然后按序排列，形成“初始排名” ；(二)向在第一步骤中提交最低出价的3-4个开发商开放100兆瓦规模项目的备选招标；(三)然后将所有出价按序排列，形成“最终排名”，投标100兆瓦项目和50兆瓦项目的开发商，竞标赢得可分配的容量。
因此，虽然有三家开发商已经入围了初始排名，但有可能出现更低投标价的100兆瓦项目，目前还没有开标。
由于前两个最低出价和排名第三的价格间存在较大的价格差距，预计最终只有两个项目——一个100兆瓦和一个50兆瓦的项目——会被选中。
此轮招标中，晶科太阳能的报价是US$0.02488/kWh，RAI Energy International和其当地合作伙伴Capital Investments & Brokerage的报价是US$0.0250，阿特斯(Canadian Solar Inc.)与当地EPC及开发商Kawar Investments联合体的报价是US$0.034404/kWh，排名第三。
