西班牙开发商Solarpack已透露其在印度太阳能公司（SECI）最近举行的2吉瓦太阳能拍卖中获得的、创纪录的300兆瓦项目容量的细节。
这家位于巴斯克的开发商获得了拍卖中15%的可用容量，且将依据一项25年的购电协议（PPA）、在拉贾斯坦邦建造一个396兆瓦直流电太阳能项目，该项目将以在印度破纪录的2.36卢比/千瓦时的低太阳能电价向SECI出售电力。
总部位于Getxo的Solarpack公司的企业发展和投资者关系主管Javier Arellano告诉《光伏》杂志：“该发电厂将是全新开发的，项目总投资额约达1.29亿欧元。该项目将经由融资机构的长期优先债务和Solarpack的股权进行融资。”
Solarpack预计该发电厂将于2022年投入运营，届时其年发电量约为753吉瓦时。它还预计，在PPA合同期间，该项目的电力销售收入将超过424亿卢比。

跨国公司Solarpack声称，除了按照“交钥匙”或设计、采购和施工模式实施的509兆瓦设施之外，它还开发了876兆瓦的太阳能发电容量。
该公司从2015年开始在印度开展业务。它在西班牙、智利、秘鲁及印度共有15个发电项目，总容量达545兆瓦。
