法国国有电力公司EDF和英国可再生能源开发商Cero Generation（是Green Investment Group（GIG）的一个下属部门，GIG本身则是澳大利亚风险投资基金Macquarie的一部分）分别收购了法国农业光伏专业公司Green Lighthouse Development（GLHD）45%的股份。具体的交易金额没有透露。
EDF表示，这次交易通过私人配股方式进行，GLHD的创始人将持有公司10%的股份。GLHD目前在法国拥有约2.4 GW的农业光伏项目组合。
EDF可再生能源部的法国总监Nicolas Couderc表示，“EDF可再生能源部非常看好投资Green Lighthouse Development的前景，这家公司具有充分利用新兴的农业光伏市场的理想条件。Cero Generation和EDF可再生能源部将分享经验，帮助GLHD成为法国农业光伏领域的主要参与者。”
Cero凭借散布于英国、意大利、西班牙、波兰、法国和荷兰的150个项目，共拥有8 GW的光伏项目组合。
