法国南部奥克西塔尼大区经济发展机构Ad’Occ的创新主管Catherine Pommier在法国能源论坛（EnerGaïa）上透露，该机构正计划吸引投资者建设一个太阳能组件工厂。
该机构的目标是以2 GW的初始产能为起点，并已在上比利牛斯省（Hautes-Pyrénées）塔布市（Tarbes）的塔布-卢尔德-比利牛斯机场附近的Pyrénia工业区确定了一个区域作为该设施的场址。
“我们预计工厂将占地60公顷，需要10万立方米的水和23 MWh的电力供应，”Pommier说，“我们还确定了两家西班牙的太阳能玻璃供应商，六家奥克西塔尼的挤压铝制造商。机构认为有望在两年内找到投资者。”
