意大利部长会议已授权容量总计593.6 MW的13个农业光伏项目开建，以进一步简化全国大规模装置的开发流程。
经批准项目中，12个项目位于南部的阿普利亚地区，剩余一个项目计划部署在邻近的巴西利卡塔地区，均不需要经过额外的环境影响评估。
在这些经批准项目中，一个农业光伏电站位于福贾省斯托纳拉市，有一个43 MW农业光伏设施将建在布林迪西省的三个不同城市。
另一个项目计划位于福贾省附近的曼弗雷多尼亚市，还有一个约53 MW的电站将在同省的塞里尼奥拉市开建。
政府还为塞里尼奥拉市的“农业-自然-太阳能电站”和斯托纳拉市的另一个48 MW电站开了绿灯。
巴西利卡塔的农业光伏电站将位于波坦察省的托夫市。
意大利政府在2022年3月开始绕过地区当局来授权一些可再生能源项目，以应对可再生能源许可的政策变化。意大利的太阳能和可再生能源市场从那时起显示出明显复苏迹象。在数个月后的10月份，政府批准了总容量为314 MW的8个可再生能源项目开建。
