约56个太阳能项目以47英镑（58.64欧元）/兆瓦时的最终价格获得了为期15年的差价合约，这些项目的装机容量合计达1,927.68 MW。此次拍卖还有总计29个风电项目以52.29英镑/兆瓦时的价格获得合同，其中，陆上风电装机容量为1,480.74 MW，离岛风电装机容量为223.6 MW。值得注意的是，这标志着太阳能发电量首次在英国政府拍卖中超过风能。
包括Sonnedix、RWE、opdenenergy和Lightsource在内的几家公司赢得了太阳能项目的合同，其中最大的一个项目为57 MW。这些光伏阵列需要在2025年至2028年之间连接到电网。上一次拍卖于2022年7月举行，并以55美元/兆瓦时的最终价格分配了总计2.2 GW的太阳能发电容量。
根据差价合约的竞价规则，清洁能源发电企业通过参与拍卖来确定执行价，该价格可确定能源企业的售电收入。当市场价格低于执行价时，政府将向企业支付差额，而当市场价格超过执行价时，发电商将保留超额电款，其后再将溢价部分偿还给政府。
