总部位于吉隆坡的电力公司Malakoff集团与马来西亚工程公司Zelleco Engineering签署了一份有条件的股份买卖协议，收购Zelleco公司旗下的两家公司。
根据协议条款，Malakoff集团将收购太阳能开发商ZEC solar的2230多万股普通股，占其总股本的51%，同时还将购买TJZ Suria的4.9万股普通股，占其总股本的49%。马来西亚媒体报道称，这笔交易可能价值2700万林吉特（合576万美元）。
Malakoff集团首席执行官兼董事总经理Encik Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib表示，此次收购将为该公司的投资组合增加15 MW的太阳能装机容量，使其可再生能源总装机容量达到168 MW。
ZEC Solar在马来西亚南部的Kota Tinggi拥有并运营着一个29 MW的太阳能发电厂，双方签订了长达21年的购电协议，有效期至2040年。
