加拿大的Brookfield Asset Management已开始与Neoen的主要股东进行独家谈判，以收购这家法国可再生能源公司53.32%的股份。
如果交易最终敲定，Brookfield Asset Management将持有Neoen 100%的股份。Brookfield的出价为每股39.85欧元，总价合计约61亿欧元。
公司可再生能源部的CEO Connor Teskey表示：“对Neoen的收购会加强Brookfield的全球影响力，同时使其在主要可再生能源市场的业务多样化，并提供电池储能技术方面的重要专业知识。”
Neoen董事会一致欢迎Brookfield的提议，并任命法国金融咨询公司Finexsi担任公司董事会的独立专家。对于自2018年起在巴黎证券交易所上市的Neoen来说，此次收购将加强其投资资源。
Neoen董事长兼CEO Xavier Barbaro 表示：“Brookfield将支持我们公司进入新的发展阶段，并使Neoen进一步巩固其作为全球可再生能源生产领军企业的地位。”
交易将分三个阶段进行，随后将从巴黎证券交易所强制退出。
