罗马尼亚能源部宣布启动第二轮投资计划，以支持新的自发自用可再生能源安装项目。
这项总额为3.1亿欧元（3.51亿美元）的资金计划由现代化基金（Modernization Fund）资助，其中1.51亿欧元用于安装规模不超过5 MW的太阳能项目、1.17亿欧元用于规模超过5 MW的太阳能项目。该计划还将支持风能和水力发电项目。
该计划将通过竞争性招标程序、向致力于减少碳排放的企业和创业者提供投资机会。每一家申请者可以就单个投资项目获得最高2000万欧元的合格费用报销资格。
项目提交期已于昨日开始，并将持续至8月22日。
罗马尼亚能源部长塞巴斯蒂安·布尔杜扎（Sebastian Burduja）称此次投资计划“是降低能源成本、提升经济竞争力的重要举措”。
他补充说：“这为罗马尼亚企业——不论规模大小——提供了一个真正的机会，让它们能够自主生产电力、降低成本并积极助力实现气候目标。”
本月早些时候，罗马尼亚还启动了第二轮可再生能源拍卖。该拍卖活动采用差价合约机制，目标是采购3.47 GW的可再生能源，其中包括1.47 GW太阳能。
2024年，罗马尼亚的太阳能部署实现了创纪录的增长，新增装机容量1.7 GW，使得该国累计装机规模接近5 GW。
