总部位于美国加州的太阳能逆变器和储能系统供应商安费诺能源（Enphase Energy）发布了其全新产品IQ9N-3P，这是一款面向商用光伏项目的三相微型逆变器。
这款逆变器适用于480伏商用项目，首次在安费诺微型逆变器中引入氮化镓（GaN）技术。与传统硅元件相比，GaN技术实现了更快的开关速度、更低的运行温度、更高的可靠性，并将转换效率提升至97.5%。
该设备可承受16安培的直流持续电流，峰值输出功率可达427伏安，支持功率高达600瓦的组件。安费诺表示，这款产品既可用于100千瓦以下的小型商用系统，也能扩展至“数百千瓦”的大型系统，并具备灵活性，可在未来扩容时无需重新设计。
公司强调，该逆变器在屋顶遮挡和条件不均匀的情况下表现突出，尤其适用于存在暖通空调设备、天窗及多租户布局的商用屋顶。
IQ9N-3P支持480/277伏三相星形接线，并提供208伏版本。在这种接线方式中，交流系统的所有负载均连接于一个点。
产品符合UL 1741-SB与IEEE 1547-2018电网标准，具备快速关断、相位平衡、电压/频率穿越和相位丢失检测等功能，提升电网安全和系统可靠性。
安费诺指出，该微型逆变器通过在每个组件端将直流转换为交流，避免了集中式“串式”设计中的高压直流长距离传输，构建了更安全的全交流屋顶架构。
该产品将在美国本土生产，符合《美国优先采购法》和《美国制造法》的要求，从而能够应用于联邦基础设施项目。产品提供25年有限质保，将于2025年12月上市。

IQ9商用微型逆变器需与IQ Gateway Commercial Pro网关配套使用，该设备作为通信与控制中心，支持实时监测、能量管理、远程固件更新及电网出口限制等高级功能，并提供15年有限质保。
