南非电力公司Eskom正式宣布启动可再生能源购电计划。
该计划将邀请南非的大型用电企业，与Eskom旗下的可再生能源项目签署购电协议（PPA）。该项目的首轮招标已于上周启动，涵盖291兆瓦的太阳能装机容量。
中标企业将与Eskom签署5年至25年的购电协议，电力将分阶段由多个Eskom项目供应，首个项目预计将在2027年12月实现商业化运营。本轮招标的申请截止日期为9月19日。英国Tillbridge光伏项目近日获得最终批准，这意味着项目方Tribus Clean Energy与Recurrent Energy可正式启动场址施工。 该项目位于英格兰林肯郡盖恩斯伯勒（Gainsborough）以东，已取得500MW并网许可，占地面积达1400公顷，是迄今为止英国获批规模最大的光伏项目。其中约900公顷将用于光伏阵列，其余500公顷将保持未开发状态。
Tillbridge项目是英国政府自2024年7月工党赢得大选多数席位以来，通过国家重大基础设施项目（NSIP）审批程序批准的第17个大型可再生能源项目，同时也是当地光伏项目集群中的最新成员。
目前，在距盖恩斯伯勒不足8公里范围内，已有4个大型项目获批，总装机容量接近2.1GW，包括480MW的West Burton项目、500MW的Gate Burton项目，以及2024年9月获批的600MW Cottam项目——当时是英国规模最大的光伏项目。这些项目的陆续推进也引发部分当地居民的反对，他们认为此举占用了过多农业用地。
英国政府正加紧推动大型光伏项目落地，以实现2030年清洁能源目标——届时英国至少95%的电力将来自清洁能源，其中太阳能装机目标为45GW。英国政府的最新数据表明，截至2025年8月底，全国光伏累计装机容量已达19.6GW。
Tribus Clean Energy首席执行官卢克·穆雷（Luke Murray）在新闻稿中表示，获批标志着项目正式进入建设阶段。“我们将继续与当地社区合作，确保项目以尊重并融入当地环境的方式推进。”他说。

称，公司将以回馈自然、造福社区的方式开发这一项目。
