瑞典独立发电商 Alight 宣布，其位于丹麦南部 洛兰岛（Lolland） 的 Lidsø光伏电站 已正式并网发电。该项目装机容量 215MW，是丹麦目前第二大光伏电站。
项目建设于 2024年夏季 启动，由丹麦能源开发商 European Energy 开发并施工。根据双方长期 电力购买协议（PPA），电站将为 丹麦国家铁路公司（DSB） 提供清洁电力。
Alight 表示：“该电站共安装约 35万块光伏组件，并有 1700多只羊 全年在场区放牧。”项目由Alight持有和运营，融资方为 SEB银行 和 SEK瑞典出口信贷公司。
Alight 于今年3月从European Energy手中收购该项目，金额未披露。
“通过Lidsø项目，我们正式进入丹麦市场——这只是起点。”European Energy副首席执行官 Jens-Peter Zink 表示，“我们将继续在北欧推动PPA支持的太阳能项目，助力高能耗企业向可靠且经济的可再生能源转型。”
丹麦目前最大的光伏电站为 Kassø太阳能公园，装机容量 304MW，位于Rødekro西南部。
Alight 计划到2030年前实现 5GW装机容量目标。今年3月，该公司启用瑞典最大的光伏电站（64MW，位于Hallstavik），并签署芬兰最大光伏PPA项目（100MW，与瑞典Autoliv公司）。
根据 丹麦光伏协会（Dansk Solcelleforening） 数据，截至 2024年底，丹麦累计光伏装机容量已超 4GW。
协会预计，大型地面电站将继续引领增长，2025年新增装机约750MW，2026年达1GW。
