Essel集团下属 Essel Infraprojects公司，已在印度的两个邦完成了55兆瓦的太阳能设施安装，使其在印度的总光伏装机容量达到了220兆瓦。
这两个大型太阳能园区分别是位于北方邦Jalaun的50兆瓦设施和位于卡纳塔克邦Bijapur的5兆瓦设施。前一项目所发的电力将出售给北方邦电力公司（UPPCL）。
Essel Infraprojects表示，公司目前在印度管理着165兆瓦容量的太阳能项目，且另有60兆瓦的设施将在未来的两个月内投入运营。
公司未来还将在北方邦、奥迪撒邦和卡纳塔克邦建设总计520兆瓦的大型太阳能设施，希望籍此增加其在绿色能源产业的份额。
公司同时表示，它还在旁遮普(Punjab)赢得了两个分别为10兆瓦和20兆瓦的项目，且已与旁遮普州电力公司签妥了PPA。
