三菱(Mitsubishi)公司的子公司Diamond Generating Corporation (DGC)上周宣布，已经收购了位于波士顿的Nexamp公司的控股权，后者是一家为太阳能项目提供一系列开发、建设、资产所有权、运营和维护服务的公司，并拥有4 5兆瓦的太阳能资产。
在此之前，DGC在 8月1日向NRG Energy购买了Boston Energy Trading and Marketing (BETM)公司。DGC将利用这一专营性交易平台为全美国7.2吉瓦的发电资产提供能源管理服务。
