韩国光伏制造商Hanwha Q Cells本周表示，将很快开始在欧洲市场供应这三款最强大的产品。
该公司的三款电池板均基于其Q.antum Duo Z技术，公司称，该技术主要是通过缩小电池间隙，将模块效率相对提高4％。
其中功能最强大的电池组件是Q.Peak Duo XL-G9.3，其产品说明书显示，共有五个版本，功率输出范围为440瓦至480瓦，效率为19.7％至20.6％。该电池板短路电流为10.59至10.70安，开路电压为53.1至52.25伏。尺寸为2,163毫米×1,030毫米×35毫米，重25.5千克。
此外，Q.Peak Duo XL-G9.3运行时的最大系统电压可达1,500伏，环境工作温度范围为-40℃至85℃。该公司称，Q.Peak Duo XL-G9.3是商业和工业光伏项目以及地面太阳能项目的理想解决方案。
Q.Peak Duo ML-G9系列的功率范围为375瓦至395瓦，有五种不同版本，公司建议将该系列用于住宅和C&I屋顶项目。其效率等级高达20.8％，尺寸为1,840毫米×1,030毫米×32毫米，重量为19.5千克。
Q.Peak Duo ML-G9系列的短路电流为10.62至10.74安，开路电压为44.96至45.10伏，可在最大1,000伏的系统电压下运行。
同时，Q.Peak Duo BLK-G9系列专为住宅光伏项目设计，功率输出范围为325瓦至345瓦。该电池组件尺寸为1,673毫米×1,030毫米×32毫米，重17.5千克，效率范围为18.9％至20.0％。还能够在最大1,000伏的系统电压下运行。其短路电流范围为10.36至10.49安，开路电压为40.80至40.94伏。
这三个产品系列均享受12年产品保修和25年线性性能保证。此外，它们均配有可兼容MC4的连接器和接线盒，防护等级为IP 68。
“Q.antum Duo Z系列还有其他创新特点，比如采用12条圆线连接电池，晶圆尺寸增大到161.7毫米，”Hanwha Q Cells表示。
