美国伯克希尔·哈撒韦（Berkshire Hathaway）控股公司旗下的美国碱性电池领先企业金霸王（Duracell）已进入固定储能市场，面向住宅客户推出新产品，即金霸王Power Center产品系列。
金霸王表示，这款磷酸铁锂（LFP）蓄电池与新的或现有的光伏系统以及任何逆变器品牌都兼容。
此装置的额定功率为5千瓦，存储容量为14千瓦时。电压范围从44.5至53.5伏不等，且最大充电和放电电流可达74.0安。能量转换效率高出85.7%，且性能可保证超过6000次循环。
该制造商解释道：“金霸王Power Center产品系列将包括5千瓦和10千瓦的逆变器输出功率，蓄电池容量可从14千瓦时扩展至84千瓦时。Power Center独特的双向逆变器技术让新老住宅太阳能业主能够储存多余的太阳能供夜间使用，最大限度地发挥太阳能投资效益，同时提高能源安全性和独立性，且无需安装任何额外的硬件。”
新品现已在北美和加勒比市场发售。金霸王北美业务总裁Roberto Mendez表示：“金霸王品牌历史悠久，数十年来消费者始终信赖我们的品质和可靠性。我们很荣幸能与我们的许可合作伙伴携手将这款重要产品推上市场。”
