匈牙利能源部表示，已有两万多户家庭申请加入Napenergia Plusz计划。该补助计划用于安装住宅太阳能电池板和储能系统，政府为每栋房屋提供最高500万福林，平均申请额为410万福林。
该部表示：“该计划能提高家庭的自给自足能力，减少电费支出。储能加上局部自用所产绿色电能可减轻电网负荷。该计划会加强匈牙利的能源主权和国内供应安全。”
该计划于1月份启动，预算为758亿福林，7月份又追加了300亿福林。据该部称，该计划意在支持2.5万户家庭负担三分之二的安装费用。
该部预计，匈牙利今年的太阳能发电量将因此增加超过1 GW，与过去两年增长持平。截至9月初，全国已有超过28万套家庭规模的太阳能发电设备在运行中。
