根据Mercom India Research发布的《2025年第四季度及全年印度屋顶光伏市场报告》，印度2025年新增7.1 GW屋顶光伏容量，较2024年的3.2 GW增长122%。
住宅部门占新增容量近76%，主要受PM Surya Ghar：Muft Bijli Yojana计划支持。工业、商业和政府部门分别占18%、5%和1%。
资本支出（capex）模式占全年装机85%，运营支出或能源服务公司（opex/resco）模式占15%。
Mercom Capital Group首席执行官Raj Prabhu表示：“2025年屋顶光伏装机达7.1 GW，创历史新高，同比增长超过一倍，主要由PM Surya Ghar计划推动。强劲的住宅需求、补贴发放简化以及数字化审批加快了各州部署。”
Mercom预计2026年住宅系统将继续引领增长，工业和商业需求保持稳定。Prabhu表示，组件成本上涨和ALMM List-II更严格的合规要求可能提高系统价格。
马哈拉施特拉邦和古吉拉特邦在新增容量中各占16%，北方邦占15%。截至年底，印度屋顶光伏累计容量达20.8 GW，其中古吉拉特邦占近25%，马哈拉施特拉邦占15%，北方邦占8%。
