Enviromena已签署一项总额8.25亿英镑（约合11亿美元）的高级组合融资方案，其中首期5.25亿英镑将用于支持其英国太阳能项目储备的建设。
这笔融资由一个贷款银团承销，成员包括BBVA、Intesa Sanpaolo（IMI CIB）、Lloyds、NatWest和Societe Generale。根据Enviromena说法，这项融资被设计为一个灵活平台，其中包括3亿英镑的非承诺性增额融资安排（accordion），意味着随着项目推进和资产组合扩大，融资规模也可相应扩容。
Enviromena将自身定位为一家独立发电商。该公司表示，截至目前已建成超过120座太阳能电站，并从事项目开发、建设、持有和运营业务，在英国和欧洲拥有太阳能及电池储能项目。公司称，其开发项目储备已超过3吉瓦。
Enviromena现有的英国太阳能项目组合包括装机71兆瓦的Medebridge Solar Farm。该项目曾在2025年因与曼彻斯特大学签署一份为期10年的购电协议（PPA）而受到关注。
Enviromena首席执行官Chris March将这项融资称为公司的一笔“里程碑式交易”。
他说：“在这项支持下，我们正在加快从开发走向交付，打造一个吉瓦级太阳能平台，为家庭和企业供电，并支持英国能源转型。”
在这笔高级组合融资交易中，Perella Weinberg担任Enviromena的独家财务顾问，Travers Smith担任借款方律师，Eversheds Sutherland担任贷款方律师。
