日本可再生能源开发商Renova计划在名古屋附近的三重县建造一个21.6兆瓦的太阳能阵列，公司已经完成了融资安排。
住友三井信托银行牵头一些区域性银行，为该项目提供融资。但Renova并未披露融资方案的条款，也没有透露该项目的光伏组件供应商。
这一光伏阵列将建造在68公顷的土地上。预计在2019年3月完工。建成后该项目年产电量为24.3吉瓦时左右，能满足约6750户家庭的用电。
今年二月，Renova在东京证券交易所（TSE）的主板上市。在IPO中，该公司以每股750日元（合6.76美元）的价格发行了121万股普通股，筹得资金9.075亿日元。
2016年5月，Renova透露计划将其太阳能资产组合扩大至300兆瓦以上。公司已在日本完成了80兆瓦左右的项目。它还计划在2019年7月前在岩手州轻米完成一个48兆瓦的项目，并在同年12月之前在同一地点并网80.8兆瓦的太阳能。
