荷兰光伏协会（Holland Solar）已敦促政府推迟根据大型可再生能源SDE+计划开发的太阳能项目的并网限期。这些项目本应在今年开始供电，但随着本周整个欧洲新冠肺炎疫情的蔓延，行业不得不采取此举。
这家贸易机构在一份新闻稿中表示：“如果项目的开发和落实继续放缓甚至完全停止，将会出现一种新的情况——清洁能源领域内包括太阳能在内的许多部门都将深受其害。” 荷兰太阳能协会表示，正在与经济事务和气候政策部以及企业机构Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland进行谈判，以便为2020年的项目争取宽限期。 该贸易机构强调，尽管光伏供应链受到干扰，但太阳能园区的建设并没有因为冠状病毒的爆发而被完全打断。荷兰太阳能协会透露：“由于大部分施工都是在户外进行，因此许多地方仍在继续作业，通常只需进行些许调整。”
