德国弗劳恩霍夫太阳能系统研究所（Fraunhofer ISE）本周表示，其来自德国制造商Sunmaxx PVT的新型PVT太阳能组件PX-1的总体效率为80%。
该组件尺寸为1750 mm x 1140 mm x 38 mm，包括108个M10格式的PERC半电池，电输出为400 W，相当于约20%的电效率。
这款新品还具有1200 W热输出，相当于60%的集热效率。Fraunhofer ISE在全日照的最大功率点（MPP），在组件温度25℃、风速0米/秒的条件下测得这些数值。
Fraunhofer ISE还在室内外试验台的真实操作场景中进行了额外测试，结果显示，在全日照条件下组件最高温度为30℃。传统光伏组件温度最高可达80℃，这会降低其效率。
