德国光伏组件制造商Solarwatt 宣布，将于8月关闭其位于德国东部德累斯顿的300MW太阳能电池板制造工厂。该公司首席执行官Detlef Neuhaus在接受《光伏》杂志采访时表示：“在德国生产组件是个无法接受的负担，但我们会在其他领域大力投资。”
目前在德累斯顿的生产仍采用两班制，并将持续到8月。欧洲750名员工中约有190人将受到该工厂关闭的影响。Neuhaus说：“我们将努力让他们中的大多数人在公司内部担任其他职位，例如钳工、规划师或服务人员等。”
Solarwatt还将保留一个核心团队从事生产和研究；大约25名员工将专注于质量和开发，另外20名员工将致力于对工厂内的机器进行维护。“因此，如果这种情况能够持续三到四年，如果市场状况改善，我们可以再次迅速提高在德国的产量，”Neuhaus继续说道，并将工厂关闭的主要原因归咎于过去几个月组件价格的迅速下跌。
这一举动并不完全出人意料，因为Neuhaus在今年年初首次宣布了这一计划，前提是德国目前的政治框架没有发生改变。随着所谓的Solarpacket 1 上周五在德国被采用，目前还没有官方措施来支持德国的光伏制造商们。
上周，欧盟通过了《净零排放工业法案》（Net-zero Industry Act），该法案旨在为成员国提供弹性措施，但目前尚不清楚该法案将以多快的速度推行实施。
