私营公司将贡献至少6,400 MW，“其中大部分来自可再生能源，”Sheinbaum说。
政府计划新建10座发电厂，启动上任政府时期就已开始的16个水电项目，增加发电容量535.6 MW。
该计划还将为输电网络拨款460亿美元，为配电基础设施拨款36亿美元。
