国际贷款机构已为道达尔能源（TotalEnergies）与Nextnorth在菲律宾的440兆瓦峰值太阳能项目提供支持，为这座已开工建设的电站提供了3亿美元融资。
该项目位于菲律宾伊莎贝拉省伊拉甘市，由道达尔能源持股65%，Nextnorth持股35%。道达尔能源表示，该电站预计将于2027年底投运，并预计在20年内发电13.5太瓦时。
融资由3家国际银行提供，分别为三井住友银行、ING Bank N.V.和渣打银行。道达尔能源表示，该项目总投资约为3亿美元，并称这是迄今菲律宾太阳能项目获得的最大规模国际融资方案。
道达尔能源表示，该电站超过50%的发电量将通过长期购电协议出售给两家零售电力供应商AdventEnergy和PrimeRES，后者服务于希望减少排放的工商业客户。公司称，剩余电量将通过菲律宾政府绿色能源拍卖计划（GEAP）第四轮出售给国家电网。
道达尔能源可再生能源高级副总裁Olivier Jouny表示，该项目属于公司与总部位于阿布扎比的Masdar通过一家50:50合资企业整合的9吉瓦可再生能源资产组合的一部分，该合资布局覆盖亚洲9个国家。道达尔能源与Masdar于2026年4月宣布成立这一价值22亿美元的合资企业。
Nextnorth总裁兼首席执行官Miguel Mapa表示，在需求增长以及对进口燃料持续依赖的背景下，能源安全对菲律宾而言从未如此重要，这也构成推动本土可再生能源开发的因素。Nextnorth成立于2022年，目前有超过800兆瓦项目处于积极开发和建设中。
截至2026年4月底，道达尔能源可再生能源发电总装机容量接近36吉瓦。
在菲律宾持续扩大GEAP规模的背景下，该项目落地。菲律宾已提高第四轮拍卖分配规模，并在此前多轮太阳能拍卖中持续授出大量容量。近期拍卖申购踊跃，明显超额认购，反映出开发商兴趣强劲；与此同时，包括Peak Energy一座65兆瓦峰值太阳能电站在内的新项目活动，也推动菲律宾在2025年新增了899兆瓦太阳能装机。
