俄罗斯太阳能组件生产商和项目开发商Hevel Solar宣布，其15兆瓦的太阳能项目已在阿斯特拉罕(Astrakhan)地区破土动工，预计将在2018Q1完工。
这是该公司在这一地区165兆瓦待建项目中的第一个，公司还计划2019年在Limansky 区建造一个30兆瓦的项目，在Privolzhsky 和Akhtuba再各造一座60兆瓦光伏电站。四个项目的总投资预计将达3.49亿美元。
Hevel目前在俄罗斯拥有超过300兆瓦的太阳能项目，均为在政府主办的拍卖中获得，适用FIT方案。此外，Hevel的母公司Green Energy Rus（后者也俄罗斯集团企业Renova的下属机构）还在今年6月举行的拍卖中赢得了总计300兆瓦的16个大型太阳能项目,规模从15兆瓦至25兆瓦不等，项目地点遍布全国。
俄罗斯贸易系统管理会在拍卖中共分配了约520兆瓦的光伏容量。政府希望通过可再生能源政策，在2020年使光伏装机容量达到1.5吉瓦。
