挪威国家石油公司Equinor (原名Statoil)，已与该国的太阳能开发商Scatec Solar ASA达成协议，将以8,240万美元的价格收购后者9.7%的股权（合1102万股）。此次交易过后，Equinor在Scatec的持股比例将略高于10%。
Equinor表示，此次股权交易是出于长远考虑。自2017年10月起， Equinor已开始了与Scatec的合作，在阿根廷和巴西共同开发项目。
在阿根廷，Equinor和Scatc联合向葡萄牙开发商Martifer Renewables SGPS SA收购了117兆瓦的太阳能项目。在巴西，Equinor收购了Scatec建设中的162兆瓦项目40%的股权。当时，两家公司共同成立了一家合资企业，用于在巴西建造和运营大型光伏项目。
这家挪威石油公司在2017年2月宣布进军太阳能行业，并同时启动了一项1.97亿美元的可再生能源基金。今年3月公司更名为Equinor，以切合其向清洁能源的转变。
